why we made this

Somewhere between the tenth retake and "let me see it," you stop being in the moment - you're checking your face instead of being in the room. InstaSnap isn't a better camera than your phone. It's a different one: soft, grainy, unbothered about sharpness, and small enough to forget you're carrying it. The blur is the point.

what you get

USB-C cable, keychain clip, quick-start guide, and the camera itself.

No microSD card - you'll need one to take photos.

how it works

Clip it on. Stop planning the shot. Point and shoot. Stop worrying about the angle. Transfer & relive. No filters. No editing. Just proof that the best moments are the ones you didn't overthink.

carrying it

Thirty grams and about the size of a matchbox, so it lives on your keys without you thinking about it. Bag, pocket, jacket - it just comes along.

  • It Looks Like It Felt

Imperfect, blurry, everyone mid-laugh. That's exactly how the night actually felt.

    Maya, 25

  • Caught Us Completely Off Guard

Nobody posed. Nobody even noticed. That's the whole reason I kept it.

    Jiwon, 20

  • My Favourite Bad Photo

Sun in the lens, half out of focus, and I love it more than anything on my camera roll.

    faq

What do the photos actually look like?

Soft, grainy and a little unpredictable. This isn't a phone camera and it isn't trying to be. The imperfection is the point - if you want razor sharp, your phone already does that better.

Do I need a memory card?

Yes. The camera has no built-in memory, so you'll need a microSD card to take photos. One isn't included in the box.

How do I get the photos onto my phone or laptop?

Plug the camera straight into your phone or laptop with the included USB-C cable. Photos copy over like any other file. No app to install, no account to create, no Wi-Fi sync. Prefer a card reader? Pull the microSD card out and use that instead.
